Does "Time Played" count launcher?
title. Does having the launcher open rack up my time played even if I don't actually launch the game? It seems that hitting "Play" on Steam will open the WT launcher, and start adding "Time Played" until you either A) launch and then exit the game B) exit the WT launcher C) exit steam

Probably would count the launcher

No, only after you hit play in launcher the time starts counting for Steam.

yes it does, i left it to update once and when i came back i had like 2 hours more on steam.

tested and yes definitely counts the launcher.

Odd, usually the Steam played time doesnt start counting until the small Steam Community pop-up window appears in the corner of the monitor.
