Forcing 21:9 Aspect Ratio?
Title says it all; i bought a dank 2560X1080 monitor and iv'e seen a few threads where AR could be changed by an ini. edit or something.

it shouldn't be necessary... unless ofc the resolution isn't being automatically detected correctly when the resolution is set to 'auto' in the launcher (top left) and there also is no 2560*1080 option in the pull down menu.

in this case you need to edit the config.blk in the War Thunder main game directory (the config.blk is a basic text file and can be edited with any text editor like notepad, wordpad, editor)
just look for the resolution variable and edit it accordingly:

resolution:t="2560 x 1080"

save & exit...

2560 X 1080 is selectable; however everything is distorted because the game is still 16:9.
