What are the fastest ways to earn Research points

The fastest way is having a tier 4 premium and premium membership, as for the best way to grind, honestly time and practice at the game will help you in that department. The moment you stop having fun and the game becomes a grind, it'll stop you from seeing the bigger picture.

Just a little side note, if you really don't enjoy the game from the start and are likely to stop playing it within a week to month then don't spend money on it. You must remember this is a free to play business model, luckily it isn't pay 2 win... If you see someone say it's pay 2 win, they usually lack an understanding of game mechanics and would rather blame it on that instead of learning 2 play better. So naturally grinding will be a harder for people who don’t have premium time.

Take your time, dont get too much fast to the toptier, cause toptier its almost a diferent game.
I played long time in the lower tiers, when i reach toptier i was experienced player allready.
But its up to you, either way good luck and good hunting:).

Go to SB and fly bombers, u will get x3 RP.
I got the P51D30 in just two hours by flyn fighters, igot 8 kills in two different games with the p47,f4u and p51 and that was really fast.
Actually u can unlock half of the plane by just getting 5 kills in SB.

With bombers u will get less but if u keep destroyn GT u will unlock anything very fast.

I was running a premium account so it will take a little bit more if u are not.

Alongside what everyone else said, slap on a talisman(You do have to buy it and it only works when using that vehicle to which it is applied) to any vehicle you feel may take awhile to get past. Combine that with what everyone else has suggested and you will breeze through it all.

Honestly, all of these tips are top-notch. However, I think the goal is to find a tank you enjoy playing at Era III/IV and just play it. Have fun with it. I have the Cobra King (M4A3E2 Jumbo premium) and I'm just completely hooked on the gameplay style for it. I keep forgetting that I'm also actively grinding the non-premium Jumbo.

Spare for this, Premium Time, a good Tier III/IV Premium, and lots of patience. Patience is paramount in this game, without it you'll want to hang yourself.

Edit: I cannot suggest the Sherman Jumbo enough, seriously. Get it. If you want replays of it, I can post a few links of my gameplay in the Jumbo.

Edit II: Yeah, and Talisman any Tier III/IV tank you like - it still costs GE (a fair bit of it), but it's a good deal.

If you want to grind germany, I recommend this premium combo - Ru 251 and Fw 190 D-13

well with that being said Im trying to grind these teams All Russian Planes and tanks all germn planes and tanks japanese J7W American Bombers american planes up to the P47 American AA guns british Spitfire and British hurricane and sunami planes those are my goals also got my best buddy helping me grind while im offline
