Bomb blast fliping vehicles
I was in a realistic battle driving my spaa and a bomb exploded near my vehicle this flipped my vehicle for about 10 metres, just wondering if this is a one off or something that has been modelled in the new patch

probably a glitch because bomb blasts are incapable of moving objects.
I witnessed what the OP described earlier in a game, it's definitely a new feature and not a glitch. My friend had just killed a ZiS-30 as it got bombed, when the bombs went off the ZiS-30 flipped onto its side from the blast.

I don't see any mention of bomb blasts in the 1.67 changelog but they must have changed something because my 3 inch Gun Carrier was flipped by one in Arcade on the Abandoned Factory map

I do hope flipping vehicles with bomb blasts is a thing.

And whats that supposed to be? The blast from a bomb is literally impossible to flip a TANK.

Are you sure, of course, you may need a big bomb (500kg or higher, which is the standard loadout in WT) But flipping a tank is not impossible with a high enough yield.

Back to the topic, if it's not a thing it should be, a thousand kg bomb should be able to flip a tank of certain mass easily. (ASU-57)

Nope, The blast from the bomb is known to not move the tank, and if its right beside it then it might flip it. But it'll destroy it and it wont launch it 10 meters
It should still provide some kind of physics. The tank lifting off the ground a little at the least. Plus, I feel like the 4000 kg bomb should flip the ASU-57, that is if it landed next to it. Maybe gaijin could do an event this April fools with wacked out physics:steamhappy:

I had bomb raise my Pz IV F2 front in the air and drop it down, didnt do damage since I got far enough away but it rocked the tank like rocking chair.

im ok with biggest bombs flipping the lightest tank if landed closely , but i has just see a t29 flipping because of a bomb, tanks are made of steel not paper (at least at this tier XD)

A low tier Russian bomber filp me, so it probably was a 250kg or a 500kg bomb flip my 11ton spaa for about 10 metres or more

Some good footage that, hard to deny that tanks cannot be flipped by close bomb hits.

The tanks in that short clip looks to be Renault R35's, they weigh in at around 10 tons. Obviously light enough to get flipped by direct/close hits. Even a close hit dosent have to directly damage it, they could easily just roll into the huge hole created right next to them etc.
