Mouse aim vs Simplified controls vs realistic controls vs full real controls - Air realistic battle

Which control type do you on Air realistic battles?
Mouse aim, Simplified controls, realistic controls or full real controls?
I'm not sure which one to use so hope that i can get some advice on this.

I've found mouse aim/simplified controls good for mouse aiming. You could also use realistic controls but I've found my keyboard to get crowded even with a mouse with a mouse with 6 macro keys on it. I recently bought a joystick and would recommend realistic controls on a joystick because you dont have the instructor which can affect your flying negatively with a joystick. You also gain access to more controls like right and left brake which you can finally have some keyboard space for. Oh, and the reason I complain about the keyboard getting crammed is because I want my controls to be easy to reach and for them to be easy to remember.
