Punisher?

HELP! does anybody know what punisher is and how you get it.
Profile/Achievements/Challanges about a third of the way down is a category called punisher

in "tank" RB and AB I have received a "balancer" that looks like a battle ax for killing the most one rank higher but it did not count towards my punisher challange which is still at 0

Punisher is a level after balancer, though I don't know how many kills are needed for it. Kinda like how hero of the sky is a level after terror of the sky.

As for obtaining it. Spitfire 2b as a rank 2 aircraft, at 3.7 arcade br, will regularly face rank 3 planes. It is probably the easiest one to get it with.
