resolution bug

i have acces to 4k resolution now, i just want to use 2700x1500 for best performance and optic, but since i accidentally reset my nvidia settings i updated again, but now warthunder doesnt allow me to have acces to 2700x1500 or 4k, why?! how to fix that, i restarted etc. nothing works

You might have to go into the Nvidia Control Panel and allow for, special, resolutions. At least iirc Nvidia's Control Panel allows that. If not you may need to download a custom resolution program and use that to save it as a resolution that's available for games. There should be plenty of articles online about how to do it and how it works. I hope this helps! :)

i did that, but it doesnt work for gta or other games either

Go to your main folder and find a file called config.blk , open it and scroll down until u see Resolution, change it for what ever resolution u want and save it, now Right click and properties: select Read only and accept. Now open the game normally and click on yes for everything. Hopefully it works for u.

edit: well unfortunately i cant find that specific file, i found the warthunder file and looked there but i couldnt find this one, BUT i forced the resolution to go on 2700by 1500 with nivdia experience, its still not supported, but its in 2700by1500 (AUTO res)

Hmm u must have that file because it creates a new one everytime u launch tge game or when u change your config. Just right click on WT in Steam, properties, and see local files, it should be there. But if found the solution its great then.

it depends what u want but i would say fullscreen, its more stable, at least for me but it also depends on your PC.
