Where is the Victory Banner?(Answered)

It's not in the Specials decal page, and I swear I have flipped through every page on decals, and I got it as a message popped out.
I'm utterly confused as a few friends of mine have also pointed out that they can't find where did it went.

If you are talking about the one from the Victory Hour event, it should be under USSR. Unless it has moved. I got mine in the very first year the event came up, so maybe it has moved where it goes?

But try USSR and it should be between the White lily of Stalingrad and "Swallow", 125 GvBAP at the bottom.

No luck. Afterall, most of this special stuff belongs to the specials tab. At least that's what happened to last year's Victory Star.

Just to be sure, is it this one you are talking about or some other Victory day related decal? Because this is where my Victory banner has sat for years.

Right under the "VETERAN" decals, you will find the decal you are looking for.

I'm not sure about the name of the tab, because on russian it's called "Другое", which means "Other"

No, the Vet decals are in specials.
