Yeah, my main tree is german and I already grabbed a few of the CR.42's

Within Tier 1, the MC 202 is both fastest and probably best climber... but the US Tier 1 goes up to BR 2.7 (RB).

If you're looking for the fastest planes within the top BR of Rank 1, the Typhoon Mk. 1a and F4U-1a best the M.C. 202 in outright speed.
