Problem with Syncing the Savegames between two PCs

Like the title says.
I startet playing DD2 on my Notebook because my Desktop PC was broken that time. Now i have fixed that problem but i can not get steam to syncing the two PCs. It doesnt even start uploading the Savegame into the Cloud.

Is there any help or has anyone at least the location of the savegame for me so that i can manually backup the save?

The game doesn't save games locally. It's all on the server I am pretty sure.

Okay thank you, but that does not explain why i do not see the save on my Desktop PC.

There is NO save on your PC. That's why you don't see it... on your PCs.

Perhaps you are thinking of your characters / heroes? That's all stored on the servers, tied to the login detail [i.e. your SteamID]. As long as you use the same SteamID on both PCs, the characters / inventory are all there.

If you are referring to the game configuration / keybinds / etc. THOSE are stored on your PC.

Thats not what i meant. I have no progress of the game on my Desktop PC in the campaign. And i assume that this affects not only the progress in the campain, but also the created characters.

It's an online game, so NOTHING is saved on your computer other than maybe a settings file somewhere.

The only way that you would lose progress between computers is if you are not using the same steam account.

I AM using the exact same Steam Account thats my problem

so when you go back to the other computer and try to play, all of the progress is there, but when you try to play on your desktop, it's not? Are the characters still there? Items? Gear?

Not really even if it does say Campaign/Tutorial on the main screen, nothing was affected its only there since you moved to a new computer. Basically, I just clicked Town and clicked campaign and all of the campaign I did was unlocked, only thing you had to unlock were the Incursion maps by playing the chaos 1-7 trials, and you still kept all your progression.

Same save, different settings file. Watched tutorials = true on one and = false on the other, just skip the tutorial and its the same ;)
