Pessimistically speaking - he plays basically at resolution barely higher than 1080p and uses frame generation to even maintain 70fps with 4090.
Other than that, I think there's nothing left to work with; unless, maybe there's a setting in the GPU driver that's causing these issues in your games(?|)
I appreciate your info. It indeed does look like a dithering effect. I hear there's a mod that attempts to fix this, gonna give it a try.
