As he said - it's not that players full on hate OW2. It's that they hate the path it is on and the way it is being used to milk the playerbase.
Besides, there's also quite a lot of chinese negative reviews - most likely due to Blizzard canceling their services a while ago. While now they can once again play through the Steam services.

1.6m players on battle net. Who cares how many are on steam?

Battlenet dont have a review window so absolutely no one on battlenet can voice their opinion. The fact that theres only 9% of good reviews for this game on steams side is extremely telling.

Im from america, and not chinese. How does one even assume that all the negative reviews are from chinese players. Ill be leaving a negative review as well, why? Because OW2 is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ scam.
