It's an event in competition that blizzard do so you can lose alot of ranks in comp example: if you're diamond you will be silver rank after playing 1000 comp games and losing and destroying your keyboard and murdering people irl. So you get a title and you can hide your profile so nobody can see that you dropped to low silver, lose all your ranks in comp, so don't do it, i don't know about you but i wanna stay diamond for the next 10 seasons.

Well then you can play it, the event happens usualy by the end of the new season i believe or it's random, but you gotta win alot, everytime you lose a comp game you lose points and after alot of wins you get the title its long hard and i don't recomand it and people on youtube say the same.

It's called a competitive drive, it's only happened twice and they only last 3 days over a weekend. You gotta play or win a lot of comp matches to slowly get more and more of the labels, but they disappear once the next drive begins
