Lost feature, changing servers

I remember a time, where OW1 let you play in any server, Asia(Extreme mode), USA (Very hard) and Europe(Variable).
Now in OW2, even if l select America, my usual ping is 90ms(my ping when l am playing Europe servers).
What happened? How this was lost? Or is it a visual bug? Actually not a visual bug.

It comes from the spread of player base I believe. Not only are there more modes and roles splitting the community, but we also see skill based matchmaking taking the forefront in place on ping.

It was always rigged, from the start, every compettive online game has it. LOL is the prime one, the king or heir of riggedness.
But the point is, we can't get this feature back? Changing the servers? l wanted to play the Asian servers, see how it is going there and having 250+ ping is too funny and would be nice challenge.

Thank you, just tried it and succeeded. That is all l wanted to do.
Sadly, l have been accustomed far too long as Ana on my European(Least ping issues), as going in on a server above 250ms is a doom to me. Everything feels delayed(for obvious reasons). Still, l loved that l finally being able to change the server.

l read in a video of him explaining the app, because it doesn't have the certificate, it is not official app( it is considered "dangerous"/unknown) to Windows Defender and the the like.

l have seen no results without using the Mina. l am always matched to the closest server even if l have set in Asia or America. l always had my server on America, and l had 90ms ping. l have approximately 150ms ping in American servers.
As l said, lost feature made back only through the community

You say this as if the average person knows how to actually READ code. And I mean READ code, as in UNDERSTAND IT. Not just "read words and numbers and it washes off like rain on a rain coat". Cause I definitely can't. But thankfully for me it was actually just my internet being ♥♥♥♥ apparently. Turns out we had an electrical brownout while I was asleep and it made our ISP laggy all day.
