See grimoire through walls?

I seen a lot of YT video where they show locations and the tomes and grimoire seem to be seen through walls?

Yes, when you tag something or someone with (T), it is shown through walls. Tomes and grimoires can be even picked.

I've seen others highlight items inside of chests... don't think that is a cheat though. I only hightlight items I want others to pick up usually.

Rule of thumb if you start seeing whacky stuff that looks like cheating get the hell out of the server/lobby/game. Guilty by association is stupid but unfortunately prevalent in some games.

The white glow appeared at any range, and always, not only when looking at it. (Like the highlights in the tavern)

They're "mods," so to speak. Since Vermintide has no kind of anti-cheat or actual mod support it's hard to differentiate a mod from cheating, though.

Vermintide has mods? Honestly didn't know that. Can you link please. Also, in the video Vanguard linked it is def weird bcos you can see the commands in the chatbox spawning rats. Also, he's reviving his friend while still getting hit. I don't think you can do that in the game.

Mods and cheating are done the same way. Thats why its so cloes to each other in vermintide. There is no actual mod support so ppl do them the same way. But most of it only works if youre hosting.

The revive while being hit is legit and a trinket. But due to block revive pretty useless.

That's trinket let's you do that but that's not the thing I wanted to show. Check 5:56 and you'll see the icon of the little health potion.

That's what i thought. Did gogle search & def could not find any mods. Only a page abt devs talking abt DX12 & mod support.

Yeah, saw that. These guys are doing this through scripts & in a private game. But doing this in a regular game would def ruin any fun to be had & make the difficulty setting useless.

Well it might be a bit shady but i'd use that mod to see grimoires. Having to refer to a guide everytime isint bringing anything fun for me.
