Can't switch to full screen. Game crashes silently.
Anyone else with that issue? And is there any way of editing the settings file so the game launches in full screen mode?

You can switch it to fullscreen in the options menu.

The game crashes right after I do that. That's why I need to edit the config file.

If I changed window option, game crashes.

(Delete the GraphicOption file in your Users/"your profile"/Documents/MGR/SaveData folder to reset your graphics settings to default)"

@5M0k1N , not the same issue. I've been through all forum threads but none is actually answering my question. I don't have any problem with the resoluiton just with switching from windowed to full screen mode.

when you switch to full screen mode, the game changes resolution (to your desktop one)

No it doesn't. It scales the size to fully fit your screen. That is not the same as a change of resolution. You can have it 800x600 resolution in a 1440x900 destop for example. It will be more grainy and pixelated because a smaller resolution is being scaled up to a larger display.

I was having this problem earlier aswell. I changed the windowed resolution to be at the same ratio as my screen then changed to fullscreen and that seemed to fix the issue.

Thanks Sakurano, so far I've been trying with 1920X1080, I'll try something smaller.

MGR only have display problem when you have 2 monitors running.
Just turn off multiple display from destop properties, and use 16 bit if possible in desktop Resolution choose it from Advance setting > List all modes choose the your resolution with 16 bit color rather than 32 bit.
