Report a translation problem
The strange thing is that it doesn't happen at all during playthroughs I've seen and done myself. He usually does his power up animation after jumping down, then does the fire charge barrage. I don't see it happen very much, so it led me to suspect it to either be a chance or requirement-specific dialogue.
Oh? Mostly played on Hard to Revengeance myself, so if that's true, that's a shame.
Oh, no. I meant that he powers up and does the charge every time when it transitions into Phase 2, and not what was shown about. He does power up prior to that though, like the first hit.
