Is it possible to get 60 fps for metal gear rising on pc
I Tried all settings in game and it stays at 30 when i try them in-game, I've tried researching online for answers and searched through videos if it was possible to run the game at 60 fps, i also tried using Nvidia control panel to no luck. Just wondering is there a way or game is stuck at 30 fps?

I suggest you to disable msaa graphic option, I run it on a Ryzen 3 3200g cpu, which is not that much but it should run it properly, but I got the surprise it ran at 40 fps, I would not complain that much if this was not a hack 'n slash game, in order to enjoy this as it should be you have to run it at 60 fps, so checking some configuration combination, I ended up finding up that my problem was msaa graphic option, just slow it down or directly disable it, it should go perfect after that.

i tried with nvidia control panel and setting the frame rate and turning v-sync on and off isn't changing it passed a locked 30 fps

@ItalicMaze
i have up to 120 htz monitor and changed the fps for the game in my control panel to 60 with or without v-sync. no luck so far might just have to deal with the 30 fps sadly

@mvpad96 https://sourceforge.net/projects/forcefix/ download this and run it before starting the game. rivatuner keep saying it's 60fps but now it's smooth.
but you will need to use this exe every time you play

forgot to say forced vsync with nvidia control panel
set 60fps limit with rivatuner (but you can do the same with nvidia control panel)
forced 21:9 with "flawless widescreen"
added 16xQ CSAA from nvidia control panel
ultra settings including 8x msaa in the game
