ryzen 5 3600
Anyone that have this cpu can tell me how it handle the game?
Im buying that along a moba and ram(already using a rx590, the graphics at all max is fantastic but i can't utilize all of her performance because of cpu bottleneck i have, no major issues but i want to know how it goes)

Expect jank no matter how good your computer is.
the bottleneck will always be the CPU due to the engine.

Since it's bound to a single thread and a 3600 has a decent boost clock I'd imagine it'd be a decent option. What are you upgrading from?

a phenom ii x4 965 black edition, 3.4 stock speed and i believe 3.8 boosted if my moba can handle it.

i never expected insane fps or performance in any game so im happy if i could just play the games i have

A 3600 is definitely significantly faster than the old phenom ii's as it's a huge architecture jump.

I've only got the Ryzen 5 2600, and I can run the game perfectly smoothly when combined with an SSD and a quality GPU. So I think you'll be fine. :)

yeah now im more willingly to buy this ryzen 5 2600 ...i have a debate on the hardware forum about the rams..simply put a guy tell me i must have x brand of ram to properly use that ryzen 5 3600 if i don't want to have some troblu of crashes on pc etc..(obviously those rams that work with the new ryzen are those super expansive..)

Later Ryzen stuff is more accepting of a range of different memory modules, but as you've brought it up here's some info on what the forum guy is trying to tell you (though likely not explaining very well). I'm going to skimp on the 'why' though and just list the what it is and what to buy.

Infinity Fabric, the interconnect between cores on the processor, is influenced by memory speed. You can see this in action in the benchmarks from Gamers Nexus here: https://www.gamersnexus.net/guides/3508-ryzen-3000-memory-benchmark-best-ram-fclk-uclock-mclock

Getting the most out of your RAM/CPU combo is largely down to knowing what freq/timings to use assuming you have a decent memory kit in the first place. As for getting a 'decent memory kit' Samsung B-Die is widely seen as the best option here and there's a list of what's what in this Reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/comments/62vp2g/clearing_up_any_samsung_bdie_confusion_eg_on/ - Ignoring that, generally speaking if you want B-Die, just buy 3200 14-14-14, 3600 16-16-16, or 4000+ in 8 gb sticks. Anything other combination of speeds and timings will not be B-Die.

As a final note, on timings check out Ryzen dram calculator and some of the associated Reddit threads if you want to get the most out of it.

Skipping all of that, the conclusion at the bottom of the Gamers Nexus post should be all you really need to know, people just really love overcomplicating this.

It's the motherboard that is the problem. Find one with high bus speed and flexible RAM config

Thanks for replying :)
To be honest by reading from those site i don't quite understand nothing 😂, at first i wanted to buy this kit :

Corsair Vengeance LPX cl16 3200mhz xmp 2.0 (2x8) for just 88 euro.. to put into a msi b450 tomahawk max alongside the cpu.. but now im not sure anymore what ram to buy, someone just say every kit will work good enought and there is almost no major performance gain from a 3200 to 3600 to explain the more expansive kit, is not really worth it, also drom a lot of videos tjere is like 5 to 10 more fps in a 3600 or none at all, and lower than 3200mhz you can clearly see the loss of performance (something about 20 to 30 fps).
If anyone can suggest a kit for a reasonable price feel free to do so.. i think i can put a max of 80 to 100 euro into ram kits.. and i need a case for all this stuff..

Apparently that's B-Die, cheapest 16gb kit I could find at 3200mhz or higher. Might be able to find something else if I dedicated more time to it though. I'd also say based on digging through some prices in Romanian these are supposed to be more expensive.

Some more info on these chips here: http://www.overclockers.com/forums/showthread.php/775007-G-Skill-Trident-Z-2x8GB-DDR4-3200-CL15-F4-3200C15D-16GTZ

Hit me up with a price for your board and case if you like and I can throw a few recommendations in.

Look up the Mother Board's Manufactor Ram lists for that. All MB's you buy have a approved list of ram. You should not have any error with your ram. The game runs good on my 1800x and I would suggest getting like 32 gig of ram vs 16 to future proof your machine for gaming.

Going from a PH2 to a Ryzen like going from a barely working car to a super car. Personally I suggest 8x like 3800x it base 3.9 or the 3600x as it base 200 faster at 3.8. Games are going be using more and more cores plus it helps if you plan to do multi task. Like play Fallout and EDF5. Or you planning to stream you really need extra cores.

All said what I hear you should be happy guy for a few years with the Ryzen 3rd gen series as I been really happy with my 1800x.

I came off a 6700k with 32 gig of ram and rx 480 8 gig. To my 1800x with a 32 gig and gtx 2070

If you plan to stream I really Suggest a 8 core.

Just in case you want bang for buck.
