I don't see more people
Hi, I'm right now playing around Squin and I was recruiting people, suddenly there's no one who I can recruit. It's a bug? I need to change town?

Bars to do not restock recruits. Eventually you will run out in a town and need to move on to new locations to keep building up. This is intentional in order to force you out into the world more.

Ok I understand it but, if I recruit all recruitable people in all bars, won't be more people in the game to recruit?

There are two bars in Squin, but yeah, if you're out of recruits - you'd better either go next town or just import if you're a lazy potato :P As far as I know new recruits won't come into that bar that you emptied unless imported.

The vanilla cap on recruitable characters is 30, and there are way more than that out there, you would never run out.

And even if you have a mod increasing the faction size cap to its maximum of 256, there are infinite recruits in the world, just not all of them are found in bars. There are wanderers in the wilderness with methods of recruiting, and freeing/buying slaves is a way to recruit as well.

So even with limited bar recruits, there will always be more characters to find. And you can always import a save, which will respawn all bar recruits.

With the basic vanilla game without mods you can get only 30 people. And there are way more than 30 people in all bars of the tidal moon xD

As Shidan said - there are recruits not from the bar realm xD And there are some pretty unique specimen to get into your grasp. So it's more rewarding to go places and have some nice (and sometimes deadly) adventures if you want those ;)

For example of my personal favorite - in the City of Mongrel there is a stray legend roaming the streets. The boy is really adorable and has a great variety of dialogues, so obviously a worthy addition to your squad.

Where can I buy slaves?

Mostly in the United Cities. There are slave shops with slaves for sale. Though keep in mind, they are not guaranteed recruits like bar recruits, many will simply run off instead of joining you. But they also come at higher skill levels than normal bar recruits.
the chance of success to keep a slave you buy is around 30%

Also keep in mind, that there is a possibility to get some ultra-unique recruits like Southern Hivers (All three basic races of those). But you need some luck so they'd spawn instead of boring slaves of commonly recruitable races. In vanilla game you can get only a worker guaranteed, but you'll have to start a war with UC for get such recruit.
So slave shops in UC is clearly a good option I'd say!

And if not mentioned already, there are a few recruits sprinkled over the map that do not cost anything. But you have to explore, talk more and make correct dialogue choice.
