I think it will run, but you would not be able to max out the graphics.
There is a demo, but I am not sure if they ever got the Beta version of the demo up yet.
Maybe a mod could give a better answer.

I'm mostly concerned about that ram. Kenshi is pretty Ram and CPU intensive. Your cpu may cause low fps, but the ram may bring you out of memory crashes from time to time depending on what you're doing. I'd guess if you kept your population sliders low though, that would be much less of an issue.

It's your memory and you have RAM 8.0 GB, 12.0 GB would be better.

Your i5-2320 was made in 2011, I'm guessing you have an old computer, and that will likely be your biggest concern. Your RAM isn't too bad, I have 16GB on a laptop, and I'm quite alright, and most of the time 50% or more of my RAM is used up by Chrome.
Also, despite all the info you gave us, we don't know what type of graphics card you have.

If you want to give us a better idea of what system you have, right click on your start button (the windows symbol that's usually in the bottom left corner), click 'Run' and type in 'dxdiag' into the box that appears and hit OK. This brings up DirectX Diagnostic Tool, and you can either copy what you see, or hit 'Save All Information...' to get a notepad file with all your specs on it.

This dxdiag file has several headers in it, including but not limited to: System Information, DxDiag Notes, DirectX Debug Levels, Display Devices, Sound Devices. Luckily, most of what you should include is near the top.

Here's what I would post if I was sharing my specs for a game. Do note, I probably could include more information, but this is pretty much bare bones info that's needed.

The current version runs very differently from the demo in my experience. I would suggest buying the game and just refund it if you have trouble running it. I would guess your PC will have a hard time rendering but it's worth a shot imo.

Also, it is normal for the game to take a while during loading screens, as well as actually getting into the game itself. Tip: pause the game (press p) when the game is still loading once you load in. You'll know when if things are popping in left right and centre.
