There is a demo, but I am not sure if they ever got the Beta version of the demo up yet.
Maybe a mod could give a better answer.
It's your memory and you have RAM 8.0 GB, 12.0 GB would be better.

Also, despite all the info you gave us, we don't know what type of graphics card you have.
If you want to give us a better idea of what system you have, right click on your start button (the windows symbol that's usually in the bottom left corner), click 'Run' and type in 'dxdiag' into the box that appears and hit OK. This brings up DirectX Diagnostic Tool, and you can either copy what you see, or hit 'Save All Information...' to get a notepad file with all your specs on it.
This dxdiag file has several headers in it, including but not limited to: System Information, DxDiag Notes, DirectX Debug Levels, Display Devices, Sound Devices. Luckily, most of what you should include is near the top.
Here's what I would post if I was sharing my specs for a game. Do note, I probably could include more information, but this is pretty much bare bones info that's needed.
