There is no marriage, or sex, or giving birth to and raising children if that's what your looking for.
However you could make a mod with dialog and ai that could give you some family objectives like save brother or sister from the " ".

More like you can get married and have children and when your characters die you can bury them. Then you can play as your children, and you can see how long your family tree extends unless everyone is killed off especially during a raid. Allow us to view the family tree like total war shogun.

Yea that would be awesome, i hope we can get a mod like that one day or the dev adds in.

As always with Kenshi you make your own stories, and stories come to you.
Aging you can handle by yourself with a trip to the surgeon, but considering the time lapse it'd take thousands of hours of playing to even reach a point where your characters would actually age.
