What would the ESRB be for this game?

This a fantastic game, but it is a sandbox game with RPG elements, if you need a story then you might look elsewhere. Its a unique game.

No, nothing particularly sex related, there is some dialog that obliquely references sex, but I have seen nothing that is in any way explicit. There is on the other hand drug trafficing, alchohol, slave trafficing, fairly gratuitous blood (adjustable within game settings) limb loss (also adjustable within game settings), cannibalism (players can only be victims, cannot partake), and mutiliation.

So probably M or Ao regardless of sexual content.

My kids play this (12 and 17). There's nothing bad other than the obvious violence, and the frustration when you start a new game and die without saving. So, oh yeah, save early, and often in the early game.

There is virtually no suggestive dialog. Sex is not a thing talked about in Kenshi, outside one or two mentions of rape in character backstories, and those are very rare and only in specific cases.

There are also sometimes random mentions of certain bodyparts in the rare cases where the game makes use of it's random swear word generator. But that is used very rarely, and I personally wouldn't call it suggestive at all. And this one can be censored with the language filter in the options.

I have not encountered anything sexual in this game.

The game 100% does not encourage you to be a "good person" though.
I'd imagine most people play as opportunist, stealing is a very common way to get going in the early game unless you want to afk farm a mine or explore ruins. Stealing is a lot faster.

I would not recommend this game to immature person / kid.

i usually walk through the desert and take from the dead. they cant need it anymore anyway so im not stealing the bad way X)
but yeah you do need to be mature for this game imo. also i have 300 hours in it and never heared a single thing about sex

Since blood, limb lost, and swear can all be turned off, I would think this is actually kid friendly.
