body parts are different.
That said, I prefer the Plank myself. As the axe has so high of a requirement level that even slight injuries make you unable to use it effectively. So I stick with the Plank. As my level with the arms is so high that I can use it effectively no matter how high the penalties go.
Depends on how long you can wait
Training from 80 to 100 takes like 10 times longer than from 0 to 80. Pretty much impossible without dojo spamming.
