but the number is correct.
You may see alot of numbers in the content folder, each one of those numbers is a different game that has Steam workshop functionality, 233860 is Kenshi's ID number on Steam.
Also, each mod on the workshop has its own number, you can see a mods ID number in its url address in the workshop. So if you wanted to find a specific mod, go to that mods workshop page and note the number in its url. For instance, https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=726254871 would be in the folder numbered 726254871.
