Help me get revenge for Ruka
i was travelling in "The Hook" and this noble hunter shows up and shoots poor Ruka in the head with an Eagle's Cross. She died on the spot and the rest of my crew had to flee. I think I am strong enough now after days of training with beak things. Where do I find these noble hunters, do they have a "hangout" that i can pay a visit and send them Ruka's regards.

Don't listen to these noobs , get your stealth to 70-80 (easy sneak around town) , and assasination to about 60 ,you can easily practice on slaves. Approach a group from behind and knock them out one by one starting from the ones lagging behind.

kidnap the guy who shot the shot.... do whatever you want. Put him in a peeler, fight him on the worlds edge. Feed him to a beak ones , hounds or crabs, Put on your coat and throw him into acid lake.
Trigger acient ruin's security system and leave him behind to test it.
Put him in cage and starve him slowly.
Give him to the skin bandits.

Beak things ain't really much of a challenge. I afraid you are not yet ready.
Bring your squad to Bask and test their strength against the UC patrols first. See how well your squad handle the basic of UC military forces before you become the state number one enemy.
Make sure you really really up for this. Fighting against them means a very vast safe territories will become hostile. You will have a very bad time when you try to go around the world to collect research material. It is never no too late for revenge.

The Noble Hunters usually hide behind their elite guard. A squad of them can very easily slaughter a swarm of beak things. Your gonna need some tough troops to kill those bastards if you plan to assassinate their employers.
Though do not think their heavy equipment will slow them. They are quite swift.

This game does a good job of serving reality checks, I was feeling like a badass when my squad of 10 took down a beak thing nest. I am not yet ready, but the murder of Ruka has set a new end game goal for me....destroy all nobles

I have the holy flame, and i have been to a couple of cities in the holy nation. Don't go there often because I usually get attacked on sight cause I have a lot of women and some of them have robot limbs. Is that what you meant?

To use a historical comparison.
The Holy Nation is a medieval middle eastern islamic kingdom.
Here are some traits most gamers dislike about them.

They distrust woman & treat them as lesser humans, they strongly hate other races as well.
They are hostile due to their beliefs as church & state are the same.
They STRONGLY hate anything robotic (though if you know their lore they have good reason).
They also are less advanced than their neighbors due to said hate of advanced tech.
They are bros & zealots. Religion & men come first all else second.

This results in most players developing a strong hatred for the Holy Nation.

Your good buddy Ruka was hunted and killed by a noble, yes, but that only happened to the noble hunting party, you can run away to avoid them, or you can fight back and put them to the ground and everything will be fine between you and the UC(just don't kill that noble), everyone else in UC is not like that. Now, if you are hunted everytime by all of the HN people when they see you just because you had some stupid robot limbs or some non-human buddies travelling with you, can you really live with that kind of hostility ?

From a lore perspective (if you find the lore) the Holy Nation's hatred & fear of robotics is very understandable.
In a nutshell but without spoilers, the skeletons were very cruel to the greenlanders at one point.

Actually I hatred toward them has something to do with them comparing women to dogs.

Have you ever come to Obedience? Ever met and killed an administrator in Ashlands? Skeletons were at wars with a race similar to Greenlanders but they were never an offender. The theory that the skeletons caused the apocalypse is simply a myth spread by players, who are only half way uncover the story, miss interpreted the information they gathered.

you should read history books, medieval islamic kingdoms were no more misogynistic than the rest of the world, if not less, were more advanced than europe was and happened to be quite openminded towards foreigners due to trading.
Of course variations may occur but your comparison is just wrong and comes out as racist.

You clearly failed history, that part of the world was more open and educated then the rest of the world at the time. They had better Math & Science as well as some medical treatments that weren't death.

I would like remind everyone that discussing real world religion is against the rules here. It's a divisive topic that generally only leads to arguments, and has no real place in a Kenshi forum.

We usually let it slide when it IS Kenshi related. But make sure it doesn't drift away into non-Kenshi related discussion.
