they should be for sale in every armoury shop. as its a basic cheap shoe.

I find them in the same shops as backpacks and stuff, I never find them with armor.

I recruited someone with them, and swapped my shoes for his lol, could always try that.

All Hungry Bandit Leaders wear Sandals,you could ask one of them nicely for a loan.

You'll have more than you know what to do with less than an hour into the game if you fight hungry bandits. You can also craft them or buy them very cheaply. I usually have one equipped to my character about 10 minutes in.

The Hub - no sandals
Squin - no sandals
Admag - no sandals (there is a general item shop but it sells backpacks, medkits and maps)
Shark - no sandals

Try Drifter's Last, the Holy Nation towns, or Mongrel. They can all spawn the stores that can have them. :)

I see them in boot traders, not so much in armor shops. And the Hiking Shops usually have them.
