Engineering blueprints [/spolier]
The linked thread is still relevant and if you look at the spoiler text in that thread it will tell you.
There is a reason for the search option. mostly since things get asked over and over again, this helps the people asking questions to find there answers faster. since not everyone answers quickly so a person could be sitting for hours waiting. when they could have searched first.
this is why it will always be something i tell people to try and do. especially when it's usually covered in spoiler tags.
i can pretty much garuntee you google did spoil you when compared to Steams search function. but steam only searches its topics soo much more refined.
There was about 2 of them who might have been relevant (a topic about research, and another about advanced research book).
And if I type with quotation mark for the exact result, there is only 1 result, which is the one mentioned earlier, and very vague.
Traditionally, I use google search to find steam post. Especially when word like "engineering" is involved, which can easily be spelled wrong.
As for the question, I found mine in
the ruins, the one in the West mostly. Ancient lab and workshops are likely to give you some. I think I found most of mine from the workshop. There is another workshop west of the swamp, south to, maybe there to. If you don't have enough, note the place you found some, and import the same, it will "reset" the loot
its also how you can easily wipe your old bases while not checking the import with buildings.
you can also reset your research you have done back to default.
Default settings for now on import is reset squad positions, so you have to make sure you check the boxes you want.
