If you beat the game in the demo you get an "Immortal" tier item for Merris and Avalon which might in theory be higher or will be in the future, but that's the only source of it, so for all intensive purposes: Yes.

There are five presents under the Snowswatch tree that are Immortal tier, and Mythic Uniques are often stronger than a regular Mythic counterpart. Not sure about the demo.

They have 'legend' abilities - there should also be 'legend' loot as well

Simple > common > rare > epic > mythic > immortal

on all qualities beside simple also unqiues exist which are supposed to be stronger than normal items of that quality but each of it you can only have once. if you want to refarm a unqiue because you used it with wrong class, you have to sell/drop the one you have.
