Missing Executable... Driving me Nuts :-(

I have tried to open the game various times, I have tried the verifying the game cache, the help suggestions, and well it hasn't work. I really enyoed the game but that missing executable just has ruined the game for me. Has anyone found away to fix this issue please help.
