The game is glitchy -> forcing to reload.. *mino spoilers*

Chapt.1:

-The doc leaves without giving you the bullet forcing you to reload..

Cahpt. 2:

-The wooden pole in the museum gets stuck to your hand if you are click happy and it ends up attached to it until the scene is over..

Chapt. 3:

-The escape scene that with the fire hose results in multiple glitched out animations..
eg: climbing the crates up and down, attaching stuff to the hook.. etc.

Other:

Sometimes you can simply click on the side of the screen to enter a new area, sometimes you will have to "walk" into the next screen which is super glitchy and requires multiple attempts :(

You probably forgot about the glitchy pathfinding algorithm, most noticeable on Chapter 3. I have seen many times the player character stuck onto something. The game realizes it and makes the character jump from one place to another.

For example, there is this scene where a truck is involved and the character needs to go around the truck. Good luck with that.

Apart from that, Chapter 3 also shows the most graphical glitches, specially on animations.

the pole is stuck in my hand and I cannot use pole with anyone to help me open the gate. when will this be fixed? I've seen other complaints on the exact issue on the developers website.
