I even emailed them some weeks ago about it. I never got a reply.
Please do the same as I did:
https://community.mcafee.com/thread/2016
1. open up mcafee , click on navigation on the right hand upper corner
2. scroll down to Quarantined and trusted items then click on Qurarantined items
3. next click select all then click restore
4. next go to the home page of mcafee and click virus and spy ware protection
5.then click excluded files
6. click add files
7. copy and paste this C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Raven\launcher to your url bar press enter
8. click on files TheRavenLauncher.exe and config exit out of Mcafee open steam and try launching your game
please let me know if this helped
That is something I already tried. However, I tried again after reading your post to be sure.
Once you are on your step 8, McAfee shows a message saying it can not add the file due to security risk, etc. And there seems to be no way to bypass that, so basically the program do not really allows you to decide what to exclude, because the program assumes it is right and you are wrong.
