any why to get pointer bigger

I tried to launch the game only to get an error message "Steam couldn't find the EXE" for the game so I had to go and rename the file to actually get the game to work. Achievements are also NOT working. I have had achievement messages popping all over the screen and according to the in game trophy I should have at least 7 achievements (possibly double that at 14) completed but my achievements outside of the game show up as 0 / 65.
