fullscreen wont go fullscreen?
Whenever I try going into fullscreen the game flat out wont let me and it'll flash multiple times until I make it windowed. ANyone can help me fix this so I can go full screen?

You running SLI OR CROSSFIRE? are you running your native resolution? or try to open in window mode once in menu hit ALT+Enter it will force a fullscreen...

I do not have either of those installed (I don't even know what they do), I am running at my max res (1920X1080, and Alt + Enter does the same thing as setting it to fullscreen in the options menu.

try borderless window mode and SLI/Crossfire means that you use more than one graphics card (Nvidia and AMD respecitvely)

That's the problem, I DON'T want to use window borderless. I like fullscreen more because it removes all the background processes and gives me more performance gains, etc.
I'm not sure if SLI would count for my computer because I have an Intel HD Graphics family that I use for web and other interfaces except steam, and an nvidia graphics card.
