and yes you can buy it seperately and upgrade it anytime, i bought kf2 first then upgraded to deluxe for 5 bucks during the christmas sale
It is a "Digital Deluxe Edition Upgrade" and not an update. There are no fixes in it as all updates are free. The Upgrade will give you access to those items Tenryuu (sorry!) mentioned. The soundtrack and digital artbook are seperate things from the game that I believe you would find in the games steam folder.
Sorry! Fixed it to the right name. I read the name off the reply I was writing and saw that name at the top of the quote. Didn't notice it was a double quote :p
But the other thing is correct, you find them in the steam folder. (Killing floor 2 - Artbook or Soundtracks, whatever you want to check out.)
Rest = trash
