What is the seeker 6 good for?
I normally use the RPG, but today I decided to try out the seeker 6. Apart from being more able to hit targets at long distance thanks to the guided rocket feature, it really doesn't seem worth it to me - especially considering it costs the same as the RPG. Can anyone explain to me how to better use the seeker 6, or is it just bad?

only thing good about seeker 6 is wen u prock nuke... then is really good u can clear entire wave if zeds are grouped but in any other case rpg is superior
I never thought of that, but I can see how it would be effective.

double nuke zed time is the best case for it otherwise over priced waste of time. Better off with the grenade launcher RPG combo. Even M16 combo works alot better
I find the M16 better as a commando than as a demo.

Absolutely nothing.

It's kinda better for the crowd-controlling demo, but the problem with that is the fact that nearly every perk can crowd control better than demo.

Just don't buy it, imo.

They try to pawn it off on you as being on par with the RPG or something, but it isn't worth it.

It is really good for trash clearing but when you can buy the RPG (and you'll probably have a nade launcher too or M16) then you won't need it.

I'm a Hard \ Sui scrub, but I'd say it's pretty good simply because of the RoF and guided rockets. I blast through fleshies and stumble bosses effectively, it also lets you clear out some breathing room from trash zeds very fast. Add good ammo reserve and there you have it.

Continous, timed fire works great to keep heavy zeds under control \ stumble.

Add the ability to skullfunk Scrakes with duds and bro, I'd say it's deffo worth as much as RPG-7.

I hated it at first, but once I discovered guided rockets and learned to use it, I fell in love with it.

I find the Seeker 6 is great for dealing with Flesshpounds, Quarterpounds and Scrakes, sometimes better than the RPG, on Suicidal/HoE.

Sometimes the extra hits is just what you need to ensure more stuns/knockdowns while shooting them in the head.

While the Seeker Six is better for being able to provide fire support to more than one direction at a time (though... not sure why you would want to do that often on harder difficulties, personally.), the RPG is much better crowd control because of the massively better area of effect.

My biggest complaint about the Seeker Six, besides the fire rate difference between fire modes (there's NO POINT to the dumb fire mode, since it shoots slower, even if you use the lock-on mode without using the scope to lock-on...) is that the AoE effect is incredibly tiny. It's like half a foot of explosion radius when the RPG covers at least 5 meters.

Its a really great weapon for solo, it can clears trash easily, it is also decent vs FP and Scrakes with the low HP scaling, it has enough ammo to last the full waves on HoE 71 Zeds and it's more forgiving for on CQC with its 6 shots.

If it had the possibility to fire all six rockets at once, then it'd be actually useful.

I still think it should be a 5 block weapon (with damage values closer to KF1059) so as to carry the Seeker Six with the HMTECH101 and RPG-7

If you want something more versatile than the RPG, you're better off using the Husk Gun

If you are running Nuke you can hit multiple areas using the Seeker 6. Other than that, just dumb fun.

Offline solo isn't a real good comparison ground for RPG vs Seeker Six. You can literally kill a scrake with one magnum mag.

Not dismissing this dude's skills, but just saying, you can make nailgun look like the ultimate weapon in solo offline.
