HOE is like SUPER HOE...
Anyone else feel they should of not changed anything because I think the difficulties where fine before but now HOE is literally almost imposible to beat etc... I mean why change something that was fine before to something kinda bad now?

I have no trouble with it.
It was not fine before.
Before it was very easy, to the point that any person can beat the HOE with a max level character and minimal knowledge of the zeds mechanics.
Now you will need to work with others as a team to win as intended.

The difficulties were great before, they are awful now. I for one like beating HOE by myself instead of playing public games where low skilled people come in and mess the game up. I can still do it, but it's much much harder than it was before.

Is it just me or is the spawning system absolutely ludicrous now? In a solo game, 5 fleshpounds spawned simultaneously. And no, they were NOT quarter pounders, these were full suze hulking fleshpounds. How is anyone who is not Psych0Gamers suppose to not die? Add about 2 husks, 4 edars, 2 sirens and like 20 clots which spawn out of your bum, and I don’t see how it is possible to survive even with a zerk!

Well HOE difficulty feels kinda broken even when playing with a good team...The game was perfect before now they just had to go mess something up that was good...If it's like this I'm probably gonna play less of this game now...

LOL you talk like there is only one difficulty in the game. Git gud or play on lower difficulties.
Syncourt Jun 15, 2018 @ 8:09pm
HoE should never be easy enough that you can expect victory a high majority of the time.

I would expect a failure rate of no less than 75% so that you never get comfortable with it. Being that the old difficulty was nowhere near that high, I'd say it wasn't fine at all.

People who want to win every single time should go to an easier difficulty.

i've also noticed this every now and then, it's not impossible, but certainly quite a challenge, for the most part i like it.

Hell on Earth should feels like... Hell on Earth. Not walk in the park with 25lvl like it was before.

People just haven't figured out the new best weapons yet with the upgrade system coz HOE is so much easier now with super OP weapons.
Fancyslimshady Jun 15, 2018 @ 9:47pm
HOE is not harder .. is Presitged people being selfish bringing their low lvl perks to HOE matches

The game is so easy now that even at level 0 you can easily beat HOE with the OP weapons if you know what you're doing.

Couldn't agree more!

There's a special place in hell for all the sad no life elitists who say it's easy. Even without the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ robots, it's just no fun dropping zeds < 5 metres from your position, in some cases "round the corner" or basically dropping from the ceiling, like aliens from a spaceship. I'm here to fight zombies, not teleporting freaks from Mars thank you very much!!!

But to answer your statement in a less sarky manner OP as these elitists are P****S!!:
- "they should of not changed anything because I think the difficulties where fine before but now HOE is literally almost imposible to beat etc"

I agree. Look at the Steam achievements stats: only 7.9% of KF2 players have beaten Hell on Earth, only people who have a right to say HoE is "too easy" are those who've beaten every map on HoE, preferably solo HoE (0.2% of players, i.e. ~80 / 39762 players). I'm one of those dudes. Yet I didn't find HoE "easy" because of garbage spawns and zed teleports that would cause me to die cheap deaths on Descent, Biotics Lab, Voler Manor etc etc and I have a life outside this f****** game tbh!

Of course HoE is "easy" if you play with a 6P squad of mates instead of solo, of course it's easy if you main Zerk/Firebug/Medic, of course it's easy if you stick to maps like Burning Paris and Outpost, of course it's easy if you do nothing but eat, work and play KF2 i.e. have no life.

But honestly, before this stupid patch and the beta I was apart of sadly (it was faaaaar worse when wallhacking was a thing :( ), it was just fine. Sure I wasn't entirely happy with zed teleports + ♥♥♥♥♥♥ spawns, however it felt clutchable. Doable on command. Hard enough to pose a challenge, yet easy enough to not make you wanna snap your keyboard in 2 (at least on chill maps like Paris anyway :P).

People should've f****d off to HoE+ servers and Controlled Difficulty instead of moan about HoE being too easy on the forums...that's how we got spawn rages (which get disabled in CD runs anyway alongside zed teleportation so they can ramp up maxZedsOnMap to 64+), that's how we got robots and that's how we got these "spawn wave" modifications, which honestly exasperated the problem of terrible zed spawns + teleports. Nothing's "impossible" to do (I just did Sharpshooter on Catacombs with these horrible robots + bad spawns), but it isn't fun to do, nor does it reward skill any more like Dark Souls series would in contrast to KF2.

I'm honestly considering getting all the achievements and just quitting to be honest, once the free weekend buzz dies so will this game in a few months time. It's evident Tripwire only care about whiny Steam kids with no life or casuals who'll kick this game to the curb once Black Ops 4 comes out rather than skilled veterans who don't have their heads up their a***s. I'm done here. Enjoy your dead game folks...you only have yourselves to blame...

In solo their HP is very low and you heal 50 hp instead of 20 hp.
It is not a problem if you picked one of the tankier perks or brought a melee weapon to block them.
