More fps struggle and big ugly cookie splatter particles instead of awesome effects. I could only recommend to use the extra gibs, but the fluids are just not good looking and kills the framerate

Unless its drastically improved in how well it runs.....no. Even with just gibs on in a 6 man game it will cripple your framerate. I have a pc that should easily run with flex on, but even gibs makes the frame rate too unsteady.

Do it to F L E X on dem zeds

but nah unless you have a god-tier computer that can run smoothly it probably isn't worth using

I've found Flex to not be worth it for me. My GTX 1080 Classified struggles to run the Fluids part, and that's even with a GTX 980 on the side to handle the physics alone. The fluids always makes my game run awfully. My regular framerate in this game is around 120-140 FPS. With 'Fuids and Gibs' it runs around 30 FPS after a wave or two. With just the 'Flex Gibs' it runs around 80-90.

It's just poorly optimized, even for fantastic computers. Tripwire had to tone down the Nvidia Physics details and effects to worse visuals and even then it runs awful.

Nah, it's a massive fps hit for not a lot of prettiness.

Yes. It's awesome looking.

Good idea on paper, but not great execution. My big gripe with it is that the blood is too light, almost looks pink sometimes compared to the other blood splatters in the game. I'm sure in the future it'll get better and we'll get crazy good results when they advance the system.

Gibs, yes. Fluids, nah. Fluids can be kinda of cool, but it looks like red jelly and doesn't even match the color of the blood splatter.

Nope. The fluids look a little too cartoony and being someone who's on a GTX 1060, the FLEX gibs are not optimized at all. As in an otherwise 60FPS solo game often finds itself struggling to maintain 30FPS

nope.

If it works without crashing or butchering your performance, it’s hella worth it!

Current Nvidia Flex is outdated, which leads to big FPS drops

It's rough even on a 1080Ti. The game already doesn't get a lot of headroom on max settings with flex off on 1440p or higher.

Game runs at 60fps nonstop for me on 4k max settings (except motion blur, I hate that). I can't say Flex really makes it look all that much nicer but eh, I like maxing everything for the hell of it if the game still runs fine.

As some others have noted, if your PC can handle it fine then go for it.

Everyone is saying it runs like utter :poop: with it on, even just gibs, then you claim to run it at a solid 60@4k....sure you do.
