I got 3 precious in a row by simple recycling and crafting again (Scully suit, dosh glasses and finally vault glasses, all of them precious). Other players admit they got even more precious in their inventory. I'd go for the latter you said xD
Holiday items will become tradeable/marketable after the event ends.
#2) The amount of Vault Dosh accured as it is required to open consecutive boxes.
#3) The insignificant amount of Vault Dosh given from Day / Weekly / Season challenge. // Amount of challenges.
I feel the proper way should be -
A >>> Dosh Vault complete rework
#1) Dosh Vault drops will not be duplicates.
#2) Dosh Vault will start rewarding duplicates after obtaining all items atleast once.
#3) You can turn Vault items into Common materials.
#4) Items created by Common materials that was turned from Vault items, will have a trade delay of 1 month.
B >>> Dosh Vault tweaks
#1) No accured rate for opening dosh vault crates.
#2) Increase numbers of Daily challenge from 3 > 7 (Keeps the same Dosh reward amount)
#3) Increase numbers of Weekly challenge from 1 > 3 sub-challenges, all under 1 single Weekly mode. (Have sub-challenges acts as a reward multiplier for completing said challenges within Weekly game mode.)
The Precious items in Market place you saw, are regular Precious. Which are often just gold paint slathered on it indiscriminately.
The Vault Precious items you get are not trade-able, but also looks better (subjectively) as it provides a meaningful design along side with the gold theme.
