Lore/Story of the game

anyoe knows where i can find the detailed story of KF2 and KF? and things like how where the zeds created, who is Hans or who is The Patriarch, who is talking to us while we play, the voice that opens the trader pods.
I explored some maps and saw Hans's basement, so i suppose he was a scientist that wanted to i dont know cure this kind of disease that turns people into zeds, but i dont understands why some of them (fleshpound, scrake, gorefast, siren, even hans himself and the patriarch) have some kind of weapon and why you can sometime find them trapped in cages in some maps.

Zeds are all cloned specimens originally designed for military purposes, not real people (except maybe for Bloats). This also explains why they are armed with devices and abilities. To know more about the story either check the link posted above, search on TW sites or read the KF2 artbook.

[Stellifera]

Kevin is the scientist who refused to give up biological experiments from any shut down of government and let -downs from his own wife. He is technically the Patriarch in the game. Wiki has the story, and maybe the objective mode or even if they ever make a story will explain more.

Cysts are simply uncompleted clots, cloned too fast and not completely formed, thus the reason they are pale, weak and blind.
No clue about gorefiends, they are showed in a comic but not explained how they were created.
Hans is a nazi mad scientist survived this long thanks to his biotech suit, that allows him to suck off people's health and essence for himself.

Any kind of elite version of the zeds was made by Hans, as shown on VS mode, all zeds are elites, while patty is normal
Idk why they were in the island tho
