Amazing job, really.
Runs super smooths, looks great. On headphones sound fantastic. Shooting feels so much better.
And it's free! Mentioned above GTA 'remastered' Trilogy was a disgrace in comparison.
Yeah, also try coop. Bunny hoppping and blasting enemies with railguns is super satisfying. I almost feel bad for enemies that are getting obliterated almost instantly after being aggro.
I only briefly played it, so I wasn't able to check if the wall turrets still didn't nearly ruin the later parts of the expansion.
Also nice to see a N64 Quake II 'port'. N64 Quake II has some cool levels, but playing it with a controller was definitely inferior to M&K. Emulation of it has been pretty spotty in the past too.
EDIT: A fellow poster informed me, and I verified with level select, that turrets now have lasers on them! Fantastic enhancement that A: Tells you where these obnoxious hidden dangers are and B: Helps to avoid where they will shoot!
