I've run this on a 1060 acceptably, and that's a slower card than your 1660Ti.

Your experience may not be 4K with all the graphics settings at max, but you're at least twice the spec of the minimum by benchmarks. Buy it, try it, and refund it if the experience is bad and the minimum specs are too low.

This is all relative, it depends on settings. I use a 4070 Super with sensible settings and it runs great.

OPs hardware exceeds minimum. This would mean it should run provided he is aware the settings must be at or near minimum.

He shouldn't be trying for anymore than 1080 at minimum but you are correct in that if it doesn't run well he can refund it.

He shouldn't be trying for anymore than 1080 at minimum but you are correct in that if it doesn't run well he can refund it.

Yeah no I mostly play my games at 1080p it’s what my monitor is and it is what I always made it but sometimes If necessary I use 720p
