This seems to have worked for me, So nice of Giants to give work to other people that they can't be bothered to fix themselves.
right click desktop, open up your Nvidia control panel.
select Manage 3d Settings from left hand side.
scroll down to Power management mode, click on it and select Prefer maximum power from drop down menu.
Next down a few more and select Texture Filtering - Quality, from the drop down menu select High Performance.
this will not only make your GPU better but hopefully solve the flicker etc in FS25
