Only got 13 Achievements first play through then told to save. Are there updates coming for the rest or are all Achievements attainable in this version?

By the looks of it, this game has the similar issue with "Time for you" where the dev abandoned the game and started focusing on art/wallpapers. same is also for this game, but the game was released as an abandoned state.
