Should I play this or the originals?
I played through TFE HD a really long time ago and I wanted to play both TFE and TSE, should I play the 2 original games or should I play them through this? Which will give me a better experience? Thanks

Originals are originals. This one - Classics Revolution is not an HD, but a Redux version. A lot more customization, you can switch on\off SSHD balancing, switch FOV, it has different multiplayer system, and also it is already packaged F\S E with DLC's. Also in this one mods are much easier to install and at much better support than the original. But playing the original is not a sin - you can play the originals and after that try CR. Also I noticed that CR feels more "clean" at texture rendering, it's not the same as the original.

I am aware that this is not the HD version, I wanted to experience the games with their original (or at least close to original) artstyle since the HD versions made the games look weird in some places imo. Thanks for your anwser, I think ill play the revolution version.

For what I experienced, revolution has a worse performance and longer loading screens (somehow) compared to the classics. I don't really know about the bugs of this game but I can mention a few: some difficulty when trying to get out of the water, a pop up of the main menu that actually just straight up crashes the game and some workshop articles that doesn't install when just suscribing them.
After all, this game is just BFE in TSE, something that even classic TSE can do, without mod support and a bad network play.

Hell, i've heard that revo has something with even local games that ends up lagging them, reason of why i haven't completed bright island.

I assume that by BFE you mean TFE and not 3. I think that I will still go for the revolution version, when playing TFE and TSE im having weird issues like the FOV not working correctly with the sniper rifle (among some other issues), thanks for informing me though

I'd recommend playing through the classics, not Revolution, but if you want to play it in Revolution, you might experience FPS drops, so, consider disabling the Flare lights and capping the FPS to 80 by a console command, may try running on Widescreen or Full screen, but, I don't think there'd be a drastic difference between the two. But definitly try both of these, see which's better.
