Cannot open a modded map

I installed the mod "offensive ai" into the svencoop, svencoop addons. When I boot up the game the title screen is modded but when I try to open a map the bar fills only a quarter and then I see the title screen again. The console says:

You're missing a file there. That doesn't look like a standard file we distribute.
In your "svencoop_addon" directory make a sub-directory called "events", then inside that, make an empty file called "shotgun1.sc".
