cant even play JC2 because you have 2 hours of getting around but in complete silence except the engine sounds which suck...

In an interview, the game directors said that the amount of time that you spend inside a car before it crashes or explodes, makes a radio station a bit pointless, but i understand what you mean with it, seeing as driving is one of the major ways of transportation in the game.

I like spending time driving around Panau (and Medici in the future), but i like to put on some musical tracks of personal preference while doing so.

There won't be complete silence all the time, that's for sure. We have an amazing composer who composed music for Captain America and he created a lot of music that will make your experience a lot better. But I can't confirm a radio...the fact is, that the time people spend in a car is not that long. The main transportation should be wingsuit, parachute and the grapple.

then maybe a portable radio that can be listened to at all times like saints row just for a change of pace from ambiance and engine sounds

Why dont you do a DLC so we can use our music? If not MP3 do OGG VORBIS then.
Or some partenership using Spotify. this feature would be AWESOME.
This PLUS a portable radio/smartphone in game would be great.
