For crashes and lost saves and any other tech issues - we need as much info as possible so please let us know the time and date of crash, dxdiag, etc. when you contact the customer support.

UPDATE 2 (quick fixes):
If you are encoutering issues, please try to run the game in offline mode if possible.

- the ‘not launching’ issue - some users have changed the screen resolution through windows which helped
- the ‘not saving’ issue - some guys tried running the game as an admin, which helped
- flickering/stutter - in some cases, it helps to turn off the global illumination
- VERIFY YOUR FILES PLEASE :)

Hi. I was trying to play just cause 3, but gears mods ended up being unfixed and very buggy. It marks unlocked gears mods as locked, so i ended up played the video game with only default power.

It loops the "performing online log in" forever. Offline mode doesn't work, it keeps looping the starting scene when Rico sits on the beach drinking whisky. Retry does nothing, go to offline mode still loops "performing online log in".

Tried unplugging my controller, verifying game files, download all the files again and everything you can currently find on google. Firewall etc...

Anyone with some experience?

I know this isn't going to help you but I'm in the exact same boat and was just curious as if you found a way to fix it?

yeah man i found a solution but it was a doozy. I had to create a new steam profile then I had to buy a key of Just Cause 3 on G 2 A for like $6 and enter the code in steam on my new account, the game worked after that

I haven't played This game in about a year, figured I'd hop back on for a few but the game didn't start. The play button that you have in steam said it was running but there was no process in task manager or anything at all. Is the game no longer functioning?

I wonder if there is/might be a fix to that error or is it caused by a technical Problem or maybe the graphics card causes the error, I don´t know?
