I don't know what you're drinking but I usually like my coffee with caffine.
On topic; No, Just Cause 3 has a tiny splatter of blood, the ability to tether ragdolls limbs but no dismemberment or environment effects apart from getting set on fire.
The game has lot of action and explosion but not so much blood.
Not sure if it matters, but a lot of the time you are so far away that you wouldn't see the blood anyway, like if you are carpet bombing or sunleashing hell from a Black Hawk with a generic name.
Petro said something along those lines pre-release. It is not a very gory game.
you can see the blood spray, and the blood squirt effect upon killing.
