Help? Game NOT in full-screen + Cut-scenes have scanlines.

Title said it all.
I know its a DOS game but can this perhaps be fixed to run normally? i don't really need anything fancy like HD of 16:9 aspect ratio, i actually like crappy looking games, i just need full-screen and no scan lines when cut-scene plays.

Hi friends of Tomb Raider,
I had first the same problem - very small window.
To fix it, it is necessary to change the resolution. This is easy.
Go into the location where your programms are installed to ...\Steam\steamapps\common\Tomb Raider (I).
Here you find the file dosboxTR.conf - open it in an editor
Change here the row windowresolution=original to windowresolution=1440x1080
Safe it then open the file glide.ini in an editor
Change here the row Resolution=0.0 to Resolution=1440 and safe it.
Thats perfect for a Full HD resolution. Have Fun!
